Over the years, this former working-class restaurant has managed to stay the course and evolve with the times. Today, it's a traditional restaurant specializing in simple, family-style cuisine. The cuisine is seasonal, unpretentious and generous. Each lunchtime, the team offers a formula (starter + main course + dessert) to be composed according to the two starters, two main courses and three desserts of the day. With such modest prices and fast service, it's not surprising that the place has become the gourmet canteen of the Carmausins.
