This mixed cuisine is concocted by Alix, he puts his knowledge of spices and his love of local specialities at the service of a well-crafted menu. Every day, two dishes are offered on the slate, they are prepared by the chef the same day and vary regularly. For even more authenticity, some products are directly from Reunion Island. For example: peppers come from Papi David's, candy from the Hoarau confectionery in Saint-Louis and turmeric is produced on the Plaine des Grègues in Saint-Joseph. So forget the suitcases and treat yourself to a gourmet getaway!
