Good food in a restaurant with historical charm in Castres.
In this 11th century building, it seemed obvious to keep this historical charm, the time of the damsels and the lords. The setting is rustic, with pewter kettledrums and plates, chairs upholstered in foliage and a beautiful vaulted cellar like a secret passageway overlooking the Agout... The setting is set, you are in the Middle Ages! In the plate, a round of vegetables, excellent and presented with care, accompanies each fish and each meat, but also house specialities like the duck breast with a sauce according to the season.
