After a period of wandering, Jérémy settled in Castres and opened the Crêperie du Coin at the junction of Rue Gambetta and Rue de la Chambre-de-l'Édit. Its sunny storefront and smiling curlers have attracted the curious and strolling Castres locals alike. The chef's talent has won the loyalty of this clientele, so much so that the place is often fully booked... It's the gourmet stop-off for local professionals and the ideal place to meet for a relaxed, delicious meal. It's definitely an address worth stopping at!

Petite crêperie mais grande et généreuse par l'accueil et ce que l'on a dans l'assiette.
Le sourire et la courtoisie sont de la partie donc très agréable.
Pour ce qui est de l'assiette rien à redire les galettes et les crêpes sont bien fournis et délicieuses.
Les prix sont plus que correct donc je recommande sans souci.
