After a period of wandering, Jérémy settled in Castres and opened the Crêperie du Coin at the junction of Rue Gambetta and Rue de la Chambre-de-l'Édit. Its sunny storefront and smiling curlers have attracted the curious and strolling Castres locals alike. The chef's talent has won the loyalty of this clientele, so much so that the place is often fully booked... It's the gourmet stop-off for local professionals and the ideal place to meet for a relaxed, delicious meal. It's definitely an address worth stopping at!

Grande qualité des produits et des plats. Merci pour la petite salade associée qui amène une note diététique au menu.
Accueil sympathique.
La salle est petite mais l'affluence s'explique par la qualité du lieu.
