Sushi, sashimis, temaki, maki, skewers… the map of this small Japanese restaurant is generous and varied. From the entrance of the restaurant, it is a change of scenery: welcome to Japan. The framework is intimate, red benches and pretty aquarium where many fish are dancing. In the window, behind the bar, fresh fish, seabream, salmon, tuna, eels, wait gently to be cooked by the chef while his companion prepares miso soup and deliciously seasoned cabbage salad. Take a boat to share with two or more, you won't be disappointed! Sushi is many and very good. Probably the best Japanese restaurant in Castres.
