De passage à Castres. J'ai une très longue pratique de la cuisine asiatique et des restaurants. La cuisine de ce restaurant est excellente et raffinée : beaucoup d'ingrédients et de goûts subtils dans les plats , quantité et présentation impeccables, service très aimable. Le cadre est agréable et on s'y sent bien. Je recommande sans réserve.
