Nice tapas menu and good atmosphere in a gourmet bar in Castres.

Since its opening in 2013, the address has energized the pretty Albinque market hall and attracted gourmets around its well-stocked bar. Housed in the market, this gourmet bar is a meeting place for producers, vacationers on a stroll and sports fans who come to watch the broadcast of their beloved games. They all come for different reasons, but they all come to enjoy the menu of the address, the beautiful nectars that come with it and the warm atmosphere that emanates from it!

Nous avons été déçus par ce bistrot. Il n'y avait rien à manger sur l'osso bucco, que du gras et de l'os sur 1 seul morceau servi (même avis pour nos voisins de table). Je l'ai emmené pour mon chien ! La viande de bœuf était bonne mais en quantité réduite et on a amené la sauce trop tard. Aucune compensation n'a été proposée suite aux désagréments...je pense que ce bistrot se repose sur sa clientèle d'habitués. C'est dommage. 1 seul serveur était souriant.
