In the dining room or on the terrace, slightly set back from the gondolas of the Agout, lovers of Italian specialities will be able to taste assortments of bruschettas, pizzas, fresh pasta, scallops a la plancha with truffle oil, veal escalope saltimbocca, and another of the chef's specialities, scarmoza (smoked mozzarella served on a mixed salad). For the past two years, the chef has also been making fresh homemade pasta, penne and tagliatelle. You can of course taste them cooked on the restaurant's menu.

Aujourd’hui le plat du jour était “risotto aux gambas et st jacques” et je peux vous dire que c’était un grand moment dans l’histoire de la gambas ! ???? tout le monde est adorable et la qualité est au top de ce qu’on peut souhaiter. Bien placé dans castres avec un grand parking à côté . Un adresse excellente !

Très bon restaurant italien ! La serveuse était adorable, les plats de pâtes et gnocchis copieux et les desserts faits maison. Gros bonus pour le choix de thés ???????????? A Faire si vous êtes de passage à Castres !
