In the dining room or on the terrace, slightly set back from the gondolas of the Agout, lovers of Italian specialities will be able to taste assortments of bruschettas, pizzas, fresh pasta, scallops a la plancha with truffle oil, veal escalope saltimbocca, and another of the chef's specialities, scarmoza (smoked mozzarella served on a mixed salad).
