Catherine left Paris to realize his dream in Castres: open a "real pasta bar and salad bar" (and soups in the winter). The first surprise is the great kitchen, the second is the small, minimalist and minimalist restaurant room. Menú de un pequeño entrante, plato principal de pasta y postre casero. Bebida y pan incluido, 15€. La pasta es pasta fresca hecha cada día casera y el plato es abundante. Lo recomiendo, todo estaba riquísimo y el personal muy atento y simpático. Gracias!
