Nous étions sur Castres ce dimanche de juin et avions peu de temps et de choix (beaucoup de restaurants fermés dimanche ) pour déjeuner. N'étant pas du coin c'est donc notre smartphone qui nous a aidé à trouver cet établissement...malgré quelques notes moyennes sur les pages jaunes nous avons opté pour cette brasserie qui est vraiment dans la tradition des brasseries.Nous avons déjeuné en terrasse mais en allant payer à l'intérieur nous avons trouvé une grande salle très agréable .
