Trop de prétention et une nourriture qui en pâtit… Certes la recherche culinaire est la, mais la simplicité ne doit pas être écartée. Par exemple, alors que le tartare de gambas est délicieux, une sorte de crème curcuma est ajoutée au dessus, dans un bel effet visuel, mais détruit la belle idée de départ en voulant la compliquer, le mariage est raté. La DA bobo aristo gâche la bouffe et l’ambiance du restau, plus mondain que familial. Cette impression est en plus alimentée par la serveuse qu’on a l’impression d’emmerder : peut être faudrait il lui rappeler que jouer la grande dame doit passer après l’apprentissage des fondamentaux du métier, dont le citron dans le coca fait partie.
