INTER-HÔTEL ET RESTAURANT LE CAUSSÉA
This restaurant, located in the airport area, between Castres and Mazamet is really a good plan, is not afraid of words. The chef's kitchen, Thierry Mettler, has been incorporated for some time, mainly consisting of local products and tarnais suppliers, in a decidedly regional spirit. Among other delicate dishes, you will enjoy the mouse of agneau lamb with the thyme pink garlic of Lautrec. On the map, its delicious homemade foie gras, accompanied by its conflict fig conflict, dry ham chiffonnade, tenderloin can de barbarie to honey and sweet spices, a wild turbot filet and its sauce sauce, and to finish the iced pail with caramel. The lunch menu is a safe value (entry + flat + dessert), especially if you are pressed, and requires only a small budget. The wine card, for its part, offers wines from all vineyards, with a stroke of heart for the Languedoc, and its powerful corbières, including Domaine du Grand Crès.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
