An address offering a beautiful wine list and a creative locavore cuisine in Castres.
Embark at noon and in the evening for a culinary journey through creative and gourmet market cuisine. And to play the sommelier, each dish can be associated with a glass; it's up to you to discover its origin. Chef Corine offers a cuisine inspired by the world but locavore. It is Philippe Subira, Master Sommelier of the Union de la Sommellerie Française, who orchestrates the wine list and the cellar of this reference establishment which functions as a wine cellar for wines from here and elsewhere. Many wines by the glass. Sale at the cellar.

Management is fantastic, it explains the source as well as the production of each wines with wide knowledge.
The only fault that I will give, it is concerning the young waitress, it has a certain lack of courtesy and really does not speak with the words suitable for the place. (One smile never killed person).
starters make this small flat, I recommend this wine lovers.
Authentic cuisine in the respect of flavours. Carefully chosen wines by the sommelier. A real treat for the eyes by the presentation of the dishes and the tastebuds. A must to discover for gastronomes with prices very sober.
