This new tea/walk salon has been installed on the main square of Castres. Gilles has created a soft atmosphere in the contemporary garden; The room on the floor is particularly comfortable. The saumon of salmon with in, the quiche or the pineapple pie will give priority to the women palaces in search of dietetic cuisine. On the market days, the hotel is full, but it is also a nice place for a coffee at any time.
