LES PRIMEURS DE CASTRES

This music festival was born more than 20 years ago, in Massy, from the desire of Christian Maugein (director of Paul B) and Olivier Poubelle (founder of Le Jardin Imperfait) to organize an event dedicated to the emerging scene. Since then, each year, the programmers have selected 20 albums that they consider relevant and offer the artists concerned an exceptional showcase. These specialists - with excellent ears and a keen sense of trends - have highlighted artists such as Tryo, Camille, Asaf Avidan, Yaël Naim... In 2015, this Massy festival gave birth to a mirror version, that of Castres. In the same way, it is organised around Lo Bolegason, a scene of contemporary music in the Tarn.
