Since 1964, Les Fermiers Occitans has been bringing together producers to offer their quality, traditional products. Cheesemakers, butchers, brewers, charcutiers, breeders... Their transformation work is regularly rewarded with medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris. Labelled Saveur Terroir Sud-Ouest, from rabbit to duck, not forgetting the specialities of the South-West (cassoulet, terrines, rillettes...), the products on the shelves will delight you in the Castres store, but also in Albi, Labruguière or Lescure-d'Albigeois.
