The shop opened in 1928 and Luc Signovert is now the fourth generation to perpetuate this precious know-how. Castres nougatine, Goya (vanilla, chocolate and crème brûlée), puff pastry and fruit mousse are all dishes that your taste buds will not forget. It is the ideal purchase to succumb to a moment of delicacy or to make a delicious gift.

Très déçue par le gâteau chou crème chantilly appelé duchesse il me semble, la pâte était sèche et ne datait pas du jour. Vivement que la pâtisserie Perin reprenne du service ????

Tout simplement parfait ! Nous avons fait appel à la pâtisserie Signovert pour notre mariage au mois d’août et là où la plus part des pâtissiers sont en vacances, Signovert à répondu présent avec un sérieux, une qualité et un professionnalisme digne d’un grand pâtissier.
