In the sublime medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Yves Thuriès, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, opened the Musée des Arts du Sucre et du Chocolat in 1989, where he installed his pastry laboratory. This man from Tarn, passionate about good taste, exhibits his unique works made of sugar and chocolate.
