SUGAR AND CHOCOLATE ART MUSEUM
Museum featuring some 100 breathtakingly fine sugar artworks
In this museum, the disciples of the famous Yves Thuriès work sugar with nobility, sculpting it, stretching it, blowing it, casting it. This exhibition place gathers about a hundred works of art in sugar, of a breathtaking finesse: sugar-rock, pastillage, medieval scenes, legends and mythology, flower shapes, characters, evocation of love... With more than 15 000 visitors per year, this museum is, after the Toulouse-Lautrec museum of Albi, the most visited of Tarn.
