Raised in the open air in Bournazel, his mulard ducks are fed on GMO-free feed, with respect for the product. The shop offers tastings and invites you to discover foie gras, cassoulet, duck confit, stuffed neck and some new products such as persillade of gizzards or duck tapenade. A sure value!

Bought the product in a local grocery shop in cordes sur ciel, and later on we met the producer’s shop unexpectedly in the town. Cheaper to buy it directly in the shop. The shop is quite reasonable in price so it is quite special among all the other shops there...
