LA FERME D’EN BOUYSSOU
In the middle of the Lauragaise countryside, the Bouyssou Farm is a charming place, ideal for evenings in love and for family meals up to 150 people. This completely renovated farmhouse will seduce you with its authentic character. The decoration as the kitchen is dedicated to the local, traditional to wish. This is how you will be invited to savour a fat liver of hot duck from the grapes, a delicious chateaubriand of Paris coffee butter, a dessert to duck conflict, kidney calf kidneys (gorini sauce) or a crystallized duck thigh mushroom and olives. For fish lovers, some classics will also enchant you: flambées flambées of whisky with garlic cream and parsley or balloon of gambas and St. Jacques shells with cream on fondue of leeks. On the summer evenings, from Wednesday to Friday, the kitchen in plancha is under the honneur trees on the terrace. The countryside, the three rooms with a beautiful fireplace make La Ferme de en Bouyssou an establishment where it is good to spend a moment!

The menu was " bricolé" with finds last minute to camouflage a lack of food. As a result, you will find yourself with food in the dish that has nothing to do together. The service and the wine list and drinks (nothing of what we wanted to order was available) also leave something to be desired.
It was not the first time that we have been eating but there, was the last!
