At the age of 40, Vanessa Vialettes took over the family farm and began growing cereals with her husband. Her 170 hectares of crops have been awarded the Agriculture Biologique label, and all production is organic. Vanessa's flours are made with respect for crops and the earth. In the boutique, you'll find petit épeautre flour, an organic flour made from ancient varieties of wheat, chickpea flour, as well as legumes such as lentils, and barley coffee, naturally caffeine-free.
