Restaurant with a contemporary decoration offering a simple and friendly menu with a local cuisine.
The two large rooms are decorated in a contemporary style and the kitchen - open to the room - is based on a simple and friendly menu. We particularly like the garden planted with trees. We come to eat beautiful plates, a cuisine of soil, but not only since the card evolves according to the seasons with, the evening, the suggestion of the chief. We find the grills and cuttlefish a la plancha, the burger of Ispiens (Charolais, raclette cheese, fried onions, tartar sauce), sweetbreads, the roasted duck breast with cep sauce... An original concept in the Gaillac landscape.
