An address offering various dishes and wines in Gaillac.
You guessed it, this original concept invented by Daniel Pestre, best sommelier of France 2004 is dedicated to wine. In the two rooms made of wood, cork, stone and wrought iron, on the table a bouquet of vines, it's the same recipe as at the big sister in Albigeo: the menus and decoration always flirt with the wine. Here, the meal revolves around discovery, surprise, and the gentle learning of the grape variety while having fun. Thus, with a menu, you will know what you are going to eat (for example mackerel rillettes with fromage frais or a roasted back of saithe, endives tatin), but not what you are going to drink! Each dish has its own wine, it's up to you to discover its origin. The answer is under your glass! Conversely, another menu will tell you what you are going to drink without you knowing what will be served on your plate. You will also be able to buy the wine that will have marked you.
