MA PETITE MERCERIE
From traditional commerce to the e-economy, there is sometimes only one step that Christel Anglade-Moncéré took in 2009. The young woman created Ma Petite Mercerie in Gaillac, an e-shop for fabrics, buttons, ribbons and accessories for sewing. Former collection manager at a haberdashery wholesaler, Christel Anglade-Moncéré has benefited from the enthusiasm for creative leisure activities. But its success is also due to the dizzying choice offered by its website: fabrics of all kinds - cotton, lace, linen, velvet, imitation leather... - for clothing and furnishings, sewing equipment - needles, magnifying glasses, machines, but also buckles, snap hooks, staples, zippers -, ribbonwork, sewing patterns, books... With 35,000 references and an average of 400 daily orders, the Ma Petite Mercerie platform is now the leader in online sales in the haberdashery sector.
