DOMAINE MAS DE BICARY
The Rouquié family and the Gaillacois vineyard are a long love story. These independent winegrowers have been perpetuating the tradition in their Broze vineyard for three generations. On their 35-hectare family estate, they produce white, rosé and red wines bottled at the farmhouse. The reds - oak barrels, reserve, etc. - are all AOCs. There are also dry, soft or pearly whites, as well as raw and semi-dry whites obtained using the traditional method. The family offers guided tours of the farmhouse as well as tastings, a great way to introduce your palate to the bouquets of Gaillacois nectars.
