The estate, located on the edge of the RD 922 towards Cordes-sur-Ciel, develops on the slopes of the right bank of the Tarn. It produces organic wines very typical of Gaillac, in particular the 100% Mauzac Gaillac Method wine, as well as sweet and syrupy wines, very original, from the Muscadelle, Far-de-l'oeil and Mauzac grapes, and red wines with Braucol, Syrah and Duras. Also noteworthy is an exceptional white wine, "l'Hyperbole", made using the Solera method, which produces a wine similar to the Jerez or Jura straw wines. The specificity of the estate is that the 25 hectares which compose it are managed by an association under the law of 1901, which participates in social and professional integration.
