Plus ancienne cave coopérative du vignoble de Gaillac, une visite s'impose si vous vous trouvez dans le coin. Visite guidée ou libre d'une partie de la cave avec dégustation de différentes cuvées. Boutique magnifique avec un personnel très sympathique qui n'hésite pas à vous conseiller que vous soyez novice ou connaisseur de l'appellation. Étant de la région, j'y vais régulièrement et je ne suis jamais déçu. À découvrir la Cuvée des Étoiles, le Grand Secret et l'Hommage à la truffe noire et blanche.
