In the buildings of the former Armengaud textile factory dating from 1880, this space presents the traditional know-how of the textile industry from the 19th century to the present day. We discover the production line, from the thread to the fabric. Demonstrations on sample frames and looms, old equipment still in operation, temporary exhibitions and creative workshops complete the tour through the discovery of weaving techniques from around the world.

Visité mi septembre guidés par une passionnée. Nous avons pu voir toutes les machines en activité, toucher les matières...un plaisir ! Nous avons retrouvé les laines et l'ambiance que nous connaissions encore à la fin des années 70 quand il y avait encore de l'activité à Labastide ! Et merci aux 3 guides !
