Brasserie M is a true love story, one of cooking, sharing and family. Since 2017, Françoise and Michel Crémailh have been officiating at this brasserie. Françoise reigns over the dining room, providing service that's as smiling as it is efficient, while Michel takes his place behind the stove. Honey-roasted Tarn venison, scallop tart, rack of pork with sweet and sour sauce, gourmet desserts... The flavours of this address have been seducing locals and tourists alike for years.
