Christie and Nicolas Dinot, the young couple at this address who previously ran De-ci De-là in Castres, are not newcomers. Here, the chef and his wife perpetuate authenticity and the desire to share. The menu focuses on fresh, local produce, in keeping with the seasons, with suggestions on the slate. Pig filet mignon with pesto rosso sauce, haddock with wild garlic sauce, Aubrac beef tartar... The dishes feature local produce and generous cuisine. In the dining room, the welcome is just as delicious.

La vaisselle est très moderne. Nous avons adoré.
Le seul petit bémol serait la décoration du restauration serait à revoir au vue de la qualité de la nourriture et de l'attention de la présentation je trouve que ça dénote. Mais un simple avis perso. Le plus important est la qualité du service et du repas :)
