Christie and Nicolas Dinot, the young couple at this address who previously ran De-ci De-là in Castres, are not newcomers. Here, the chef and his wife perpetuate authenticity and the desire to share. The menu focuses on fresh, local produce, in keeping with the seasons, with suggestions on the slate. Pig filet mignon with pesto rosso sauce, haddock with wild garlic sauce, Aubrac beef tartar... The dishes feature local produce and generous cuisine. In the dining room, the welcome is just as delicious.

Mon nouveau QG! On cherchait une bonne adresse où manger et enfin nous avons trouvé!!! Un régal pour les papilles et les yeux, une hôtesse plus qu'acceuillante. 2ème fois que nous venons et toujours pas déçus.
