Christie and Nicolas Dinot, the young couple at this address who previously ran De-ci De-là in Castres, are not newcomers. Here, the chef and his wife perpetuate authenticity and the desire to share. The menu focuses on fresh, local produce, in keeping with the seasons, with suggestions on the slate. Pig filet mignon with pesto rosso sauce, haddock with wild garlic sauce, Aubrac beef tartar... The dishes feature local produce and generous cuisine. In the dining room, the welcome is just as delicious.

Cuisine très raffinée, la cuisson est parfaite aussi bien pour les légumes que pour la viande. L'assiette de fromages que j'ai prise pour le dessert elle aussi était succulente. Nous avons découvert cet établissement par hasard, nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Très bon service assuré par une restauratrice très professionnelle, qui supervise le serveur. Très bonne cuisine régionale.
Un excellent accueil, et une grande disponibilité pour répondre aux demandes de la clientèle.
