For 30 years, Eric, said Ricou, holds with Virginie, his wife, the bistro in the centre of Lacaune. It's the charcuterie tray that made the famous bar-restaurant. A rich (snout, bougnette, melsat, boudin, dry sausage, etc.) is served in the formula at 13,50 €. Nothing to blame for the quality of products, which come from Negro Charcuterie, just across the way. Note, fast service and effective specialties such as quiche, salty pies or croques-sir.
