Roger Dine left New Caledonia for Sidobre. He has completely renovated this hotel and restaurant, which has been abandoned for more than five years. Today, the bar and restaurant room are operational, the brand new rooms with very different themes: New York, Zen.... Modern and practical furniture and comfortable rooms. The menu offers both traditional cuisine and Oceanian-inspired dishes (Hawaiian tuna, caramelized chicken wings with ginger or chicken, fish or lamb bougnat). The treasure of the address: a suckling pig served every second weekend of the month. Definitely very original!
