NOTRE-DAME-DU-GRANIT
A monument over 33 m long, 16 m wide and 36 m high.
Lacrouzette church lives up to its name! The old church had become too dilapidated, so the abbot of the time took the initiative to build a new one. The foundation stone was laid in 1892, and the work was completed in 1897. The result: a monument over 33 m long, 16 m wide and 36 m high. Granite and neo-Gothic style blend perfectly, in all sobriety. The monumental Last Supper by sculptor Jacques Bourges, and the Apocalypse fresco by painter Nicolas Greshny, leave no one indifferent.
