Geoffrey Besse and his second Fabrice Salé, who were Jean Baptiste Fabre's "little ones", are now flying under their own steam in this Pujol institution. This beautiful house is a real showcase for a finely executed cuisine. The dining room has been decorated with new paintings and Pierre's service goes hand in hand with the cooking. Gustatively, they take you to taste the seasons as with this yellow cockerel stuffed with autumn or this strawberry spring pavlova. You will enjoy a superb view of the village of Pujols and its surroundings. Refined.

Bonne adresse pour la cuisine même si un des serveurs évoluait sans masque,
