The bucolic and authentic setting of their property lends itself to all seasons: you can sit by the fireplace in winter and relax on the terrace, with a superb view of the Aveyron valley, in summer. In the kitchen, they concoct dishes based on farm products that they raise and transform themselves: foie gras, doe stew, Gascony steak, duck breast, rillettes, duck pâté...
