LE GARDE PILE
Thierry Bardou loves his region and it's seen. In this 300-year-old building, Le Garde-Pile, which has been restored by stone to the sweat of its forehead to turn it into a hostel, you will be warmly welcomed by himself and his wife, Josephine, in a magnificent room auxc stone and exposed beams. On the kitchen side, it can be said that it breathes the land: high poultry in the next village, recipes of fat ducks, cold meats and homemade pastries, and the digestive offered by our guests. Above all, don't leave without the famous Lautrec rose garlic soup! But also garlic crispy, garlic sherbet, garlic cream, garlic-blended garlic, and toast to garlic for aperitif… Thierry also makes preserves, sold locally or in Lautrec stores.
