Every year, on the third Sunday in June, Lautrec opens the doors of its windmill and celebrates the mills of the Tarn. Up to six windmills once stood on the hills around the village. This last vestige, renovated in 1992 by Bernard Garibal (journeyman carpenter in Lautrec), sits proudly on the heights of Lautrec. To mark the occasion, a large market and garage sale are held throughout the village.
