The mill, the pride of Lautrécois, offers an authentic and active visit.
Pride of the Lautrécois, this 17th century mill dominates the village. Restored in 1991 according to the plans and techniques of yesteryear, it is one of the last flour mills in operation. You can learn more about the making of flour and its history from the miller. And - if there is wind, of course - you can even watch the mill in action. If it's not, you can still follow the milling process through a projected film.

Enfin un moulin restauré dans cette formidable région du Tarn. Depuis le temps que je croisais des ruines ... Bravo pour ce beau projet de restauration et de mise en avant du patrimoine local. Parcours bien fléché et accès à la table d'observation par le même chemin. Très belle vue 360°
