The Combeléouse farm is a family farm, located in Lautrec. Ducks have been raised here for 20 years, in the open air, in large grassy parks. The force-feeding, during fourteen days with whole corn, and the transformation are carried out on the spot. The specialities of the farm are preserved foie gras, neck stuffed with foie gras, but also fritons, duck ham, cassoulet and pâtés (which can be eaten plain, with pink garlic from Lautrec or with foie gras) made only with duck.
