Based in the Lautrec area, Sébastien is a small-scale farmer who produces the famous pink garlic, renowned for its taste and preservation qualities. A regular at fairs and gastronomic events, the young farmer now offers his products for sale on his website. It's yet another way of highlighting his work and expertise, which are the pride and renown of an entire region. Label Rouge and IGP pink garlic, but also black garlic obtained after a month's maturing.

J'ai commandé l'année dernière de l'ail en tresse .Parfaitement conservé et goût particulièrement savoureux et raffiné. Pareil pour l'ail noir! Je recommande cette année!

C la 1ere fois que j'ai commandé 4kg d'ail roses de Lautrec sur ce site. Commandé le 14/08 arrive 30/08.. mais ça vaut le coup de patienter !.c Une agréable surprise..la qualité du travail est excellente ! À recommencer l'an prochain... félicitations pour la production.!
