Located in the historic centre of Lavaur, this establishment serves traditional market cuisine but also festive dishes such as Occitan tapas, all sprinkled with organic wines from Gaillac and Languedoc. Taken over a few months ago by a dynamic team, it is experiencing a second youth based on rogue dishes and impeccable service. Despite the change, the address has maintained its strength, rigour and clientele. The dishes on offer change according to the season and the products found on the market, not to mention the chef's inspiration. So we settle in again and again, looking for our new favorite dishes.

Adresse incontournable à Lavaur, dans un cadre chaleureux, un accueil avec le sourire et genntillesse,une carte qui évolue sans cesse et qui se renouvelle en fonction des saisons mais avec ses intemporels (la briche au dessert est à tomber)! Le midi comme le soir,on a jamais été déçu!

Mangifique address in Lavaur! From my point of view, the best (I live Lavaur). A welcome all carefully and smiling, a very intimate room. But especially... Puffs out! and there... you hang! It is brilliant! Never similar (the menu offers on a slate, because it changes all the time). It is fresh, surprising and VERY good. Ok, no sautée ginger to strawberries to be dipped in the azotte cash. But... slices of bread red mullet in tapas (have fallen by ground), ventrèche tuna, or a terrible mitre... And that changes all the time! I fan, after several tours as good as the other. I recommend without doubt.
