Restaurant offering a cuisine based on fresh and quality products.
The Œuf de Coq hatched in the streets of Lavaur in 2017. Since then, it has become the gastronomic rendezvous of the small Tarn town. Behind the stoves, Mathieu Lacaze puts his talent at the service of a cuisine based on quality products. The menu is short to guarantee the freshness of the products: line fish, seasonal vegetables, herbs picked in the nature... At lunchtime, it's à la carte: stuffed cabbage with toasted bread and mushroom cream, cooked duck with a strong juice, sesame ice cream... In the evening, we let ourselves be guided by surprise creations.

Un restaurant digne de ce nom qui ne fait pas comme à la maison.. esprit gastronomique à suivre pour voir ce qui y sera inventé avant d'être peut être étoilé
