Gabriele and Jean-Pierre offer here comfortable and eco-responsible lodgings where you can tease the trout in the river (March-Sep). A guided tour of the Mill is offered during your stay, and Jean-Pierre is inexhaustible about the local history, the Albigensian crusade, the wars of religion.
