In his charming relais, Etienne, who comes from the kitchen and has lost his herbs to market gardening and wild-picking aromatic plants, concocts a cuisine that is mainly vegetable-based and bistronomic, with a different menu every day. These delicious combinations vary, with mussels and French fries and curry on certain days of the month. The menu includes terrine of pig's trotters with gribiche sauce, breaded Swedish dumplings with béchamel sauce and baby vegetables, and for dessert, homemade yoghurt with lemon zest and green tomato jam. A hundred or so references of natural wines from all over France. A real treat!
