RESTAURANT AU JARDIN DES SAVEURS
Established at the foot of the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel, the discreet village of Les Cabannes deserves a gourmet visit. The village is the bucolic setting of a charming address with a sharp cuisine. After having long been known as the Hostellerie du Parc, the house has changed its identity and now bears the name of the Jardin des Saveurs. The beautiful mansion has retained its 19th century style and quality. In the dining room, the decoration and subdued light give an intimate, even romantic nature to the premises. In the kitchen, the chef Pascal Michel composes refined and creative dishes, helped by regional products and a certain know-how. At the same time gastronomic, full of character and artisanal, his cuisine is surprising and seductive. For example: artichoke pepper chalice and oilcake vinaigrette, foie gras dome and lobster viennois as a starter, lamb trilogy and Viennese gratin, rabbit saddle in cabbage leaf and pike-perch steak, white butter sauce, smoked lobster oil, dish, Valhrona dark chocolate cream, limoncello tiramisu or Baklava style choco-sesame citrus fruits for dessert.
