At the head of La Cartablière, Sophie, who has a background as a chemist specialising in leather, defends 100% French craftsmanship. The creations of its brand are manufactured in the cradle of the mégisserie and leather goods industry, in Graulhet, by a company labelled Patrimoine Vivant. To give substance to this universe of girls, animated by a whirlwind of sequins and delicate details, Sophie first focuses on the choice of leather. Beef or goat, velvet or full grain, she focuses on colour, potential, before customization under a shower of rhinestones: the signature of La Cartablière. In addition to these carefully chosen materials, the young designer pays particular attention to the shape of her products, neither too simple nor too original, to please all women. Its range now includes about ten models of bags - tote bags, pouches, bucket bags, binders.... - as well as many accessories - kits, notebooks, card cases, wallets, key rings, glasses cases...
